Emotional Freedom Techniques, or “Tapping”, is a blend of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology. EFT tapping is a self-healing technique which is extremely simple to learn. It provides for fast results and is effective in releasing negative sensations and emotions that may show up as chronic pain, excess weight, cravings, depression, anxiety, phobias, addictions, or PTSD.
It is important to approach health issues from the whole-body perspective, we are the sum of all individual systems. As energetic beings, we experience life as positive or negative events. Negative events disrupt the energy cycle causing a blockage. This can manifest into physical and mental pain and even disease. Unresolved emotional events and trauma can be neutralized and dissolved bringing about the feeling of better health and well-being.
